Azita Ghanizada

Azita Ghanizada, an Afghan American actor in the United States has appeared in various television shows. The family she was born into fled Afghanistan, and tried to seek refuge in the US. She was born there. The middle sister of her mother took care of her within Northern Virginia. Ghanizada began her on-air camera work by appearing in numerous National Commercials. Ghanizada received the award in recognition of her role in Chiara who was the lead character in Laura Neri's 2004 film A Kiss on the Nose. The actress has also appeared on television shows like How I Met Your Mother, Entourage Veronica Mars, The Wedding Bells NuMB3RS Bones Psych and Castle. The most recent role she has played is a role as a support in Blood Shot, (2009) inspired by the science fiction film Blood Shot and independent comedy You Only Better (2009).
