Azita Ghanizada

Azita A. Ghanizada (born in Afghanistan) is an Afghan American Actress in the United States. She has participated in numerous TV shows. She was born in Northern Virginia and is the middle child from two siblings. Ghanizada is the middle sibling of two sisters and was brought up to a young age in Northern Virginia. Ghanizada started her camera career being featured in several National Commercials. Ghanizada starred as Chiara in the Laura Neri's film A Kiss on the Nose (2003). For the performance, she won at the Cannes Film Festival for the Best Actress Award. The actress has also appeared on television programs like How I Met Your Mother as well as Entourage, Veronica Mars, The Wedding Bells NuMB3RS Bones Psych as well as Castle. Recent roles included the science fiction-action movie Blood Shot (2009) and the comedy series by independent filmmakers You Only Better (2009).
