Azita Ghanizada Azita Ghanizada Afghan American actor in the United States has appeared in several television series. Born in Kabul, Afghanistan. Her parents left for the US which they received asylum. Ghanizada is the middle child of two siblings and was born within Northern Virginia. Ghanizada launched her television career with a role in National Commercials. Ghanizada was awarded the award in recognition of her role in Chiara, who played the central character in Laura Neri's 2004 movie A Kiss on the Nose. Her television credits are How I Met Your Mother Entourage Veronica Mars NUMB3RS The Wedding Bells NUMB3RS Psych and Castle. Recently, Ghanizada played in a variety of independent comedies You Only Better and Blood Shot 2009. She also appeared in the action-science film Blood Shot. Ghanizada was a part of The General Hospital spinoff General Hospital, which aired on prime time television. In season 2, Night Shift, Ghanizada was Dr. Saira Bhatra who is an holistic physician.
