Azita Ghanizada

Azita was born in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. The woman is Afghan American who lives in the United States. She is an Afghan American actress that was raised in Kabul Afghanistan. After fleeing her home country the family relocated to the US. They were granted asylum in the US and permitted to stay. Her sister in law raised her to the age of Northern Virginia. Ghanizada launched her television career by being featured in National Commercials. Ghanizada won the award for the most outstanding actress in the 2004 film festival for her performance in the Laura Neri movie A Kiss on the Nose. She was the character Chiara. She's appeared in TV programs like How I Met Your Mother as well as Entourage, Veronica Mars, The Wedding Bells NuMB3RS Bones Psych, and Castle. She has also appeared in the independent comedy You Only Better and Blood Shot 2009 as well as the science-fiction action film Blood Shot. In 2008, Ghanizada became part of the cast for General Hospital. General Hospital prime-time spin-off General Hospital. In season 2, Night Shift, Ghanizada played Dr. Saira Bhatra who is a holistic doctor. Ghanizada joined HBO Entourage's crew in 2009, playing Kelly.
