Aleesha was able to establish herself as the best female bodybuilder professional during the second half of 2010. Aleesha Young was born the year 1984 in the family of sports. Her father, along with her siblings, played ice-hockey, but her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha is a multi-sport athlete such as basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was awarded her professional certificate after she won her first championship at NPC USA Championships 2014 However, she began competing in the year 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro saw her compete with a 9th-place finish. Then she fought to secure an 8th place finish in the 2015. Aleesha was 6th in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and 2016. Aleesha, who has been steady improvement since has won her first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won her first Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha was the top showing at WOS's Rising Phoenix event, in which she placed 4th in 2020. However, "Worlds strongest mom" was forced to take a time off from bodybuilding due to health issues.
